Apartment is on the water - amazing sunsets. Great outdoor seating area on the water to enjoy the sunsets and marine life. I see a Blue Heron almost daily! Walkable neighborhood. Older 2 story brick building - only 10 units. Nice sized bedroom. The apartment is small, but plenty of alone time (I work and travel a lot).

I am a 53 year old professional. I work a lot, and travel too. I have been living in this 2 bedroom apartment for 14 years. I am mellow, and super clean. I embrace minimalism. I have had roommates before and it has worked out great.
