beginning June 3rd another wave of applicants is expected. The current roommates are moving out towards the end of May. you always have the option of allowing roommates in the space.

Here are the requirements.

Have at least a 700 credit score and make 3x the monthly base rent of 990.

Utilities are not included but there are no more than 150. (your looking at 1200 at most)

Through the AppFolio app which is how rent is collected, you will be billed utilities and rent all in one payment which is a perk! Everything is included in this monthly Payment. Wifi/cleaning service/ water etc.

After proving you meet all the requirements, I’ll connect you with my representative. And if they approve you, the room is all yours.
