Shared areas include new washer/dryer, newly remodeled kitchen and appliances, large pantry, dining room, living room with fireplace, large patio with outdoor fireplace, large side and back yards (1/2 acre).

House will be shared with 2 other long term tenants, and occasional guests occupying a private suite.

The house is fully air conditioned and heated, and has fans and skylights. All appliances are new as of 2021. Utilities of gas, electrical, internet and trash are provided and included in the rent amount. Shared upkeep of yards and cleaning of house is expected of all tenants. Small, self contained/behaved animals will be considered. No smoking indoors of any sort (minus cooking ;)).

Monthly rent $ 1,950 (includes ALL utilities)

2 working adult males, one works from home and oversees property/maintenance, the other works on site. Both self sufficient and responsible as far as cleaning and keeping house supplies in order. Expecting the same from any prospective tenants.
