Parking generally easy on street and electric charger available at house. Farmers market, restaurants and shops, Lake Merritt, movies , Trader Joe’s etc. ,all nearby. if needed for small extra rate -own sunny work from home office with solid internet . Laundry on site. Yard. Full kitchen. Mostly sober.
