Enjoy the shaded deck & dock to work, read, relax, sun, fun, fish, or drop your kayak or paddle board in and go hit the one of the 3 sandy beaches in the community (one is directly across from the dock).

It’s just me and my 22lb 8 year old miniature schnauzer. I’m 46, grew up in the area, work from home (Self-Employed) in office on 3rd level. Laid back, enjoy cooking out, the outdoors, and life in general. Family & Friends are local and on the Weekends I’m in and out or enjoying the water. I don’t mind cooking a couple times a week and good fun company is what fuels me..no expectations or guarantees, but I enjoy it.. Respectful, fair, and generous. Expect the same respect.
