Manitou Trail

A newer home built in 2016. Available bedroom is downstairs along with 3 other bedrooms upstairs. You will have your own bathroom in the basement. Kitchen is a decent size and very updated. Available bedroom is directly at the bottom of the entry way. We have a driveway, but the street is also never crowded as we are located in a family neighborhood. We have a squat rack and a bench in the garage along with a good amount of weights. It is about a 7-8 minute drive to campus.

We are all students at the University of Iowa and are very laid back. We all keep to ourselves for the most part and have a very quiet home. I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the end of the school year as I will be graduated. The other roommates are very responsible.
