This townhouse is in a great location: south Redondo Beach, about a mile from Redondo Pier and very close to all the restaurants on the PCH. Great for folks working in the south bay/El Segundo/Hawthorne areas. Street parking is permitted and available. Rent does not include utilities and internet, which are about ~150-200/room.

The living room and kitchen is on the first floor along with a half guest bathroom and a balcony with a grill. The living room and kitchen is furnished. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with private baths. There is also a rooftop area! The room available also has a private bath as well as large walk-in closet.

I am a 27 y/o electrical engineer working at a hybrid-electric aerospace startup and have lived in this apartment for the last 3 years. I work in person most days and am around in the evenings and weekends. Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors (hiking, climbing, beach volleyball), exploring restaurants and bars. I’m pretty easy going as a roommate and would ideally like living with someone who is generally the same and keeps the common spaces clean. Common interests are of course a bonus!
