• Tenant will pay half the utilities (all utilities are on one bill. Water, electric, trash, and internet. No cable)
• Listing price of $1000 is for 1 bedroom. If you need 2 rooms the rent will go up to $1300.
• No smoking inside the house, only outside or in the garage
• Tenant will have their own bathroom Preferably no pets, but this can be negotiated for an added fee of $200 deposit and $100 extra per month for pet rent.
• Driveway parking for 1 or if needed street parking as well
• House is fully furnished, tenant will only need to bring what is needed for the bedroom
• Tenant will not need to worry about any yard work as I will take care of that.
• The house is to maintain cleanliness and be presentable at all times. (Not spotless but livable and presentable)
• Guests are permitted with ample amount of notification and all parties agree.

Rental Terms

• 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extending
• Security deposit is the price of first months rent and will be returned upon move out if applicable

It’s just me who lives in the house. I’m an average clean person, so I like it to be presentable, but it will looked lived in. I am home 3 days out of the week as I work 10 hour days. So you will mostly see me in passing in the evenings.
