Monte Vista Boulevard Northeast

This is a great area just a five minute walk from UNM and is right in the heart of Nob Hill/ Downtown ABQ. There is a gated area with a few chairs to hang out downstairs near the entrance too. The utilities are included. The parking is included. Weekly cleaning of common areas included. Very helpful too if you aid in the process. One full bathroom and one more half bath.

As of right now, there is only one room of the three being occupied. He is a 20 year old male that likes to keep his area clean, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. He is an engineering student at UNM, finishing his second year. Likes to play chess and when he is not studying or working he is getting lunch with a friend.
