Private room with own half-bathroom in a quiet, extremely safe neighborhood in Norcross.

I’ve rented this home for 8 years; the neighborhood is called Sheffield Forest and is beautiful- tons of greenery and more spacious than other neighborhoods around.

Room has two windows. Half-bathroom includes a sink and toilet (we would share the main bathroom for shower only). Room is on other side of the house from my room.

I have fast, reliable Internet. Water pressure is good. All bills are included.

It’s just me living on the property, though my boyfriend is over quite often. We cook every night but keep an exceptionally clean kitchen (and expect the same with a roommate). I have 3 badass cats - one that goes outside every day. I keep their litter in its own room and keep things immaculate as I’m very conscientious about smells and cleanliness.

I work in event production as a stagehand and am studying online growth marketing. I love to make juices and smoothies at home - which you’d always be welcome to taste test. :) I’m also a dance music DJ in my spare time as a hobby, so sometimes I practice/listen to music in my room - need someone who’s okay with that!

I am extremely friendly, caring, and considerate. Looking for a roommate who is self-aware, conscientious, has a consistent job, and knows how to do their own thing.

I’m not okay with bringing constant strangers over or parties; my home is my safe haven and needs to remain feeling that way. I’m extremely responsible with my bills and need a roommate who respects this/pays on time with no funny business.

I’m trying to change careers and working on constantly bettering myself to get into a new place in my life- it’d be cool to be around someone with the same general philosophy!

I consider myself extremely communicative and always want my roommates to be able to talk to me about anything house-related. I take good care of people around me and want my (future) roommates to be happy. 🫶
