Ten-minute walk to the CSULB campus, this three-bedroom / two-bath 1400 sq ft pool home is a comfortable place to study and enjoy the pool in the warmer microclimate of the East side of Long Beach. You will have your secure bedroom, furnished or unfurnished, with a sometimes shared bath/shower when I have the rare occasion of guests staying over in the third bedroom. I am willing to negotiate for the primary bedroom and private bath. Tranquil neighborhood. Shared stocked with utensils kitchen, living room with cozy leather couches, fireplace, flatscreen TVs, and washer and dryer. Internet speed is 1G, and there is a/c, although I would prefer only to utilize the a/c in the crazy hot heat waves as there is excellent insulation in the home.

I am an active real estate agent who believes in maximizing space and looking for one roommate with a 725+ credit score ($38 credit and background check required through RentSpree) that is attending CSULB or has a steady job. I sometimes work from home and appreciate the quiet and serenity that the pool waterfall adds to the life experience. My children are adults and live locally with great jobs and one is in college.
