This is my 2bed/2bath condo in the St Elmo neighborhood. It comes with a parking spot, and your furnished room includes:

• Own closet
• Working desk
• Private bathroom
• Queen bed

The main living area is a very large loft space, plus a 300 sq balcony with a grill.

The condo is covered in art from around the world and is fully furnished throughout (large kitchen table, relaxing living room area with 2 chairs and 2 couches, large flat screen TV with Prime, Netflix and Apple TV ready to go).

The neighborhood is quickly maturing and is footsteps from the Yard, which features Still, Austin Winery, St Elmo Brewery and more. Also just a quick drive to multiple HEBs and Walmarts, among other food trucks and beer gardens nearby.

I’m 32 and run Tech Partnerships for a software company. My job requires me to travel approx. 2ish weeks per month, depending on the month. When I’m home, I typically work from home and/or local coffee shops.

I’m an avid traveler and art collector. Most of the artwork in the condo is from all of the places I’ve visited previously, and hope to collect more in the future! I typically spend my summers traveling around Latin America and working remotely.

I keep a really clean home, and have a cleaning service that comes every 6 weeks or so. When I’m home, I like to have friends over occasionally, and enjoy making cocktails with friends. Beyond that, I don’t bring the party home and prefer to keep it that way.

For fun, I enjoy playing soccer, going to the gym, dancing salsa and meeting new people.
