It is a one-bedroom with free parking and all bills included. It’s highly secure and 5mn from Lenox Mall and Lenox Train Station.

The bedroom is on the first floor of the townhome, fully furnished. We’re looking for someone clean with no pets. You will have your own bathroom and access to a common kitchen. The total cost per month is $1200 with bills included.

We are looking for someone with no pets, a stable source of income, and clean. The person should be willing to share the common area (kitchen) and keep it clean. A soft check on the source of income will be required before moving in (background check needed). Also, smoking inside the walls is not allowed. The minimum stay is 1 week (we can negotiate on the pricing) and the maximum stay depends on the renter’s behavior.
