Emily's room

I live in a safe neighborhood on the north side of Evansville. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house at the end of a cul d sac. Parking in driveway available, entire house is newly remodeled (purchased in December). Rent will include all utilities, internet, etc. The room for rent is furnished and has a large walk in closet. Tv mounted in bedroom with fire stick ready to go.

I am 33, I have 3 1/3 year old son who is with me 1/2 the time. Recently divorced, would like some help with my mortgage/bills while I navigate this new journey. I am extremely clean, ADHD, and hyper, but I usually keep to myself and am always working on a project (or 14) I work full time, day shift. I am okay with smokers, just not inside the house.
