Lovely room for rent in a beautiful waterfront Tampa home. The room has its own bathroom and a private entrance so you enter through your own private door into your part of the house. The room includes a queen sized new bed, refrigerator, a microwave, a TV, garage parking, and two closets. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and YouTube TV is free, as is pest control of the entire property. This area of South Tampa is very well located with a Publix, two Starbucks, the Westshore Mall and the International Mall very near. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Both the 275 and the 60 freeways are minutes away. The area is very safe and has many lovely homes. Our home is on the water and has a beautiful pool. No pets please; I am allergic to dogs, cats and rabbits and I don’t like lizards! A credit report and background check are required. No drugs (including marijuana) or smoking please. Social drinking is fine. Tenant’s utilities payment is $100 per month. Tenant access to the main house’s kitchen and laundry room is included. The security deposit is $1,000.
