Renting out Venice Furnished Bedroom + Office

The second bedroom in my Venice Beach Bungalow just got free, starting from June 1st (potentially earlier / later! it’s open right now and I’m okay not renting it out right away until I found the right person!) It’s a beautiful 900 sqf. House with yard, jacuzzi, bonfire pit, big patio with dining area and a super cute kitchen, spa bathroom and a fully furnished bedroom that would be yours. Besides your bedroom, you would also have your own office! It’s in the front yard. Perfect for good life / work balance and overall living. The house is located on Linden Ave, a five minute walk from Abbot Kinney. It’s a beautiful, walkable neighborhood! The beach is around 17 minutes by walking. I have my own business and am out of town quite a bit! Especially on the weekend you’d probably have the house most to yourself. I’m 24, love spending time with girlfriends, outdoors and occasionally at techno parties, and would be super down to be friends beyond room mates, too. Dogs are really welcome, would actually love if another doggie would move in. We would split rent 50/50! It would be $3390 for each of us, incl. Wifi and weekly House Keeping. I am living in the other bedroom of the house and am working from one of the offices in the front yard. I’m 24, social, love to spend time and would ideally become friends with you, but also totally understand privacy and co-living. I am out of town a lot so you’ll have the house to yourself! With me lives my one year old Australian Shepherd who’s really sweet and well-behaved. When I’m not there, he’s mostly gone with me, too.

I’ve been living in California for two years and absolutely love Venice. Happy to show you around and introduce you to my friends, but not a must at all. I’m open to either a more functional, or a more friendship-like co living situation.

I don’t party a lot, am very focused during the week and see friends mostly just on the weekends. I love hiking, the beach, traveling, and self-development.
