Emmy's room

Hi there! This room is one of 3 available rooms in the same house. First floor, very spacious, with a lot of lighting. High ceiling, linoleum flooring. Property is in a very good spot within Live Oak, very accessible to going downtown or the beach, and grocery stores! There’s 4 parking spots with some street parking for any visitors or guests :) Super nice porch for mornings when you want to sit out and drink your coffee or read.

Right now it’s just me! My other three roommates are currently moving out so three rooms are opening up! (Separate listings) I am currently a full-time student and also work full-time, so I won’t be around much this year. I do have a small indoor/outdoor cat, who is super affectionate and loves to explore all day. I like baking and cooking once in a while, and I’m super down for movie nights!
