Close to Rowan campus.Furnished room. There’s a second bathroom for guests that will be the one you use. Cameras on the property. WiFi. Cable in living room.If you’re cool I’ll make a Netflix and Hulu profile for you and occasionally you can use my Amazon prime or Instacart 😀. Bedroom will have a key code /keyless lock for privacy. There is a another small bedroom I didn’t post because I am not interested in renting both just either room. It’s a smaller room With a twin bed and a baby wooden crib and some toys. I would rent that one for $600 furnished.

Prefer a female student who works part or full time. Dogs live in house.They stay away from guest rooms and bathrooms. Must be willing to let dogs out when you’re home and clean common areas. Professional female in her 30s.
