2 very laid back professional working males in the home as the other tenants.
Kitchen, living room and bathroom all furnished.
Can furnish the room for an extra $200 more a month if wanted/needed.
20 minute drive to the beach.
Monthly payment of $900 and refundable deposit of $500 which will be returned if there are no damages. Available April 20th!
