• Centralized heat, ventilation, air conditioning and hot water system.
• Visitor limitations.
• Private driveway can fit up to 4 cars but expect street parking too.
• With Beaver Brook Nature Trail just around the corner and few minutes away from Silver Sands beach, Milford downtown and train station.
• Strategically located in the middle of everything but in a peaceful neighborhood.

Eli and I (Leah) are caring, respects privacy/ space, fairly quiet, and easy going middle-age couple (has no kids living with us). We tend to keep to ourselves but fine in socializing too. We keep things clean and organized, and would like our roomies to be the same way. We value safety, security, cleanliness and living in harmony.
