The Fitzroy is located right next to Sam’s club, Best Buy, Marshalls and bunch of other stores. They’re not student housing but there’s a TXST bus stop right across the street as well as the public bus stop. They have a trash valet service so you don’t have to take out your own trash. Their anemities include: gym, library/ computer room, cozy common area w/ lots of TVs and games like a pool table and cornhole, a swimming pool and BBQ area. I’m on the 1st floor as well. It is 1073 sqft and splitting the rent down the middle, rent for you would be $963 (not including the electric). You would get the bigger sized room and your own bathroom but they are not connected. I already have bathroom decor in your bathroom and you’re welcome to keep it there if you want. My roommate also left her furniture (bed+frame, 2 nightstands, work desk with chair and a vanity table) in the bedroom so you can use it if you want. If not, I can clear it out for you, no biggie.

I just recently got out of the military and am now a current TXST student. I’m typically a quiet individual as far as apartment noise goes and I have a pretty chill personality. I’m looking for a roommate who doesn’t mind me having 2 cats, and who preferrably doesn’t have pets of their own- although it’s not a dealbreaker if you do have pets. I’d just prefer someone who is also chill and mostly drama free, who would like to cohabitate with me for the remainder of this year. I’m also open to couples or 2 people in general if yall wanted to share that room and we can split the bill 3 ways.

With that all said, we should meet up or at least go on video call to chat and see if we click as roommates.

I am also 420 friendly but if you are not, it is not an issue for me to be more discreet about it and not be in your face with it. I am quite mindful of other people’s boundaries and such.
