This is a 750 square ft apartment in the Avenues of Salt Lake City. Just over a mile away from downtown, jr is a charming condo in a small apartment complex. The room is a furnished, with a large closet. Shared living space with current roommate.

One roommate: 29 young professional female, who works a 9-5 job. Allison has a cat named Lula, who is friendly and adorable! Allison is a chill, easy going person, who likes to go out and about town, drink coffee and see the nature of Utah. The landlord, Hannah, is nice and helpful and respects tenants space.
