Updated home in the Mechanicsville high school district. The top floor of a tri-level would not be shared and would be all yours, including 3 bedrooms and a jack and jill bath. The common spaces would be shared including an updated kitchen and large Florida room. The house has a nice fenced in backyard.

I recently graduated with my masters degree and am currently in the business. I just bought my first home and am looking for roommates to aid in paying off debt. I umpire in the evenings and have a cute dog who is good with other dogs. He will not be there all the time, but for a large portion. I will be living in the first level. Looking for kind and respectful roommates. Not 420 friendly.
