• 1 room in upstairs unit w/ shared kitchen and bathroom
• all utilities included (water, electric, wifi, etc)
• short or long term lease is OK
• 5 minutes from downtown St. Paul
• 5-10 minute drive from Aldi’s, Target, Cub Foods, Sunray Mall
• the house is usually pretty quiet, other rooms are occupied by working adults
