Savannah Drive

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Master bedroom with private bath and two rooms for the other bathroom. Room has a ceiling fan and TV wall mount. No carpeting. Floors are either hard wood or tile. Decent sized closet. Laundry room is outside in a separate building. Living room and dining room are furnished. Couch and two high back chairs in living room, 4-6 person table in dining room. Dining room is the picture with orange/red floor tiles. Shared kitchen with a dishwasher, living and dining room, and small backyard patio. Privacy fence around the backyard. All energy and water bills are shared/split amongst tenants. WiFi included.

Pretty chill. Usually in bed or the house is quiet by 11pm or midnight on weekdays. Two current tenants, one is more of a home body other is slightly more outgoing. One roomate looking to move out, to move in wit S/O by next year. Current tenants are 22 and 23 years old.
