East 24th Avenue

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for moving into a 3-bedroom, 1-bath household at the end of August. We have toured the house and it is in good condition with a big backyard and washer and dryer. The cleaning room has a table for folding clothes and there is plenty of storage in the kitchen. We are planning to furnish the place with things we have and looking to find better furniture for the living room. The bedroom that we are renting out is the one closest to the backyard with two windows that let good lighting in. There is a door that connects this room to another but we plan to keep this closed off and create cushioning to block sound. There is also a closet in the room available. The entire house is carpeted besides the kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer room. Both the front and backyard are fenced with garden beds in the front yard which we plan to do some projects in. There is also a shed in the backyard for storage and a separate garage from the house. The driveway is narrow so two cars can fit although one may need to be moved for the other to get out.

Ava and I are both understanding and caring people. We enjoy time to ourselves but also enjoy time together to recharge. We are a weed-friendly household but prefer it to be taken outside of the house (hence the nice backyard). We both appreciate communication and someone who can respect boundaries. It is important to both of us that we have a good environment to voice ourselves to others and for others to do the same when needed.
