East Palm Beach Drive

This is a great spot in Chandler, it’s close to all sorts of business and things to do. It’s a really nice house that is easy to maintain. The kitchen and living room are nice and spacious. The house is 3 bedrooms two baths, I will take one, I have one roommate, and you can have the other. I am renting this and looking for someone to room with, the landlord is a great guy. Nice fenced back yard to relax.

I am quiet and clean and keep to myself. Im an engineer and work first shift. I don’t drink or smoke. I enjoy cooking and baking. I’m also easy going so we will get along great.
