Hi! I am looking for a roommate for a place on Commonwealth near the Sutherland Rd T stop

• Lease would run June 1 – Oct 1 with the possibility to extend (it’s very flexible if you are looking for a longer-term arrangement)
• Rent is $1050 / month
• Must be okay living with a small dog! He’s very chill and loves to lounge
• Washer/dryer in the complex (or laundromat across the street if you want)
• 2 min walk from the Sutherland Rd T stop (green line)
• Decent-sized balcony that overlooks the street
• Street parking nearby
• Good closet space, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom
• In a safe, mostly residential area
• Walking distance to Chestnut Hill Reservoir (a great place for walking/biking/enjoying some sun), a number of bars/restaurants/concert venues, the Brighton branch of the public library, Whole Foods/Star Market ** I am taking over a friend’s lease and the photos contain her furniture. I will work on furnishing the place, but it won’t happen all at once**

A bit about me: I am a 25 year old research fellow at Boston University. I have a small dog (10lbs) who loves to nap and cuddle. He can be adventurous, but I have to carry him in a backpack when he gets tired 🙂 I recently moved from Oregon, but have also lived in Florida, Oklahoma, and Indiana. I love spending time outside/hiking/biking, going to concerts, and reading. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who would like to hang out together, go adventuring, watch trashy tv, and maybe cook together. Let me know if this sounds like it could be a good fit!
