Renter has their own bedroom and bathroom and is responsible solely for the care of those 2 rooms. Apartment is located in a small town with lots of entertainment to enjoy. No pets allowed.

Hello we are kimmie and rigby, we share a two bedroom together and we decided to rent out the spare bedroom in our apartment. We work a lot of hours but when we are home we do movie nights to unwind and get away from it all. Kimmie enjoys cooking and she’s a very tidy person while rigby prefers to watch movies in the living room or go swimming.
