Southeast Division Street

Please read: I am currently living in a studio apartment located in the Richmond neighborhood on Division Street. My lease is 3 months and I’m considering opening it up to a roommate situation. If we vibed well as roommates, we could move into a larger living space if needed once the 3 months is up. The apartment is split up into two separate living areas by a kitchen and bathroom with a washer and dryer. About me: I am a 34 year old recently divorced male and work a 9-5. I’m not home very often and I live an intentionally minimalist lifestyle and you would have to as well in order for this to work. I don’t really cook and I like to keep things clean. I don’t have any pets but would consider a cat because cats rule. Non-smoker.
