Large room w/new AC in remodeled 4 bed 2 bath single family home. This property has an open format with a fully furnished large kitchen. You will have your own designated cabinet space. There is 2 full size refrigerators and you will share a fridge with one other person. The bathrooms are remodeled and also shared. You will share a bathroom with one other person. Cleaning service of the common areas, including the bathrooms, is provided twice a month but you will be expected to clean up after yourself. The property is also equipped with a shared free laundry. You must have proof of employment. First month rent is required to move in. Parking for 1 vehicle.
