Heather's room

Beautiful house with six private acres between Martinsburg and Shepherdstown. You will have a private bedroom and your own bathroom. Shared use of the kitchen, dining room, back deck, and above ground pool. I prefer the living room be only for me (single divorced mom) and my three young children. W/S/T, electric, and high speed internet included in rent.

I’m a recently divorced single mom and teacher. I have two toddlers and an 11 year old. We go to bed at 10:00 and ask that the house be quiet after ten. I’m also requesting no overnight guests.
