Cori's room

I have a small, furnished bedroom with a small closet and dresser. The bedroom is on the main floor. You will also have your own dedicated “hang out room” with a door in a finished basement. This room includes a futon and TV.

House is on a very quiet street and within walking distance to Town Center. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or outside.

Driveway parking available. Short term rentals are welcome, though minimum rental fee of one month required for partial month stays.

We have three cats. The space is currently rented through August so items on walls and dressers will all be removed and room will be neat, tidy, and free of all the clutter you see. Bedding can be used if you wish.

Kitchen will be shared. A dedicated shelf in the refrigerator as well as dedicated cupboard space will be provided. Welcome to use plates, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc.

Shared washer and dryer available.

I am a mom of three kids (ages 6, 8, 10) who live with me 50% of the time. They are here either 2 or 3 nights during the week and every other weekend. They make noise and have energy, so must be able to tolerate energy and noise when they are here. We are gone many, many hours for sports during the week and on the weekends.
