I’m a male renting out my spare apartment bedroom in Clovis, CA near the Walmart on Shaw and Peach Ave. The room is somewhat furnished and the main bathroom will be yours (I only need it to shower) since I have a 1/2 bathroom in the master bedroom. The room is big enough for a queen bed and night stand and dresser. Plus it has its own closet. There is no storage space here so please only bring what fits in your room. There is front door parking for the most part and the complex has a laundry mat room on the premises. Also no pets nor any guests nor company is allowed. But you are more than welcome to visit them anytime that you want. Now I’m just looking for a older female roommate that is single and quiet and just in need of a safe room in a very safe environment that is a block away from plenty of activities and shopping centers and restaurants and medical offices. Clovis Roundup is available for front door pick up as well if you don’t drive. Im also Preferably looking for someone with guaranteed monthly income such as SSI or Retirement pension. I work 4 to 6 days a week. And the rent is always due on the First.

I’m a quiet gentleman that works 4 to 6 days a week. 420 friendly but not mandatory and not accustomed to having people over.
