One bedroom with private bath is reserved as a guest suite, so you’ll be able to host friends!

My current housemate and I have lived here for two years, he’s following his partner east in a few months. Looking for one (or potentially two) people to share a fantastic open and light filled house in a safe and quiet part of one of SF’s best neighborhoods. Room available could be either the huge primary bedroom with en suite bathroom (for one or a couple) or two large bedrooms with a shared bathroom (for one or a pair of friends).

Bedrooms are not furnished but most other common spaces and guest suite are, plenty of room for your stuff though. One year left on the lease with option to extend. House has solar so electric is cheap, other utilities are shared. Move in date can probably be somewhat flexible between late May and early July.

Originally from Atlanta but I’ve lived in Chicago (college), NYC (grad school), Florida, Sydney (rugby), Panama (military), and been in the Bay Area for nearly five years. Father of three college age kids who visit from the east coast occasionally. I’m at work a lot, travel a bit as well, outgoing and engaged, a tolerant and easy person to live with - not weird, creepy, neurotic, or invasive - can you be that as well?
