The space come partially furnished or you can furnish the room yourself. Includes a king size bed, nightstand, mini fridge, microwave, smart tv, and a full size closet. Shared bathroom with 2 clean, respectful roommates. Kitchen use is fine, but please clean up after yourself in a timely manner. There’s a washer/dryer on site. High speed internet included. The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of street parking. We have dogs so you must be animal friendly. They’re super sweet to humans but territorial towards other dogs. Sorry, no other animals allowed. Guests are okay to have over but no parties allowed. No smoking, drugs, or criminal background activity will be tolerated on this property.
