About the room
Looking for a female tenant to sublet my furnished room in a 3-bedroom apartment for the Summer (May 18 - August 25th).. The apartment is on Hemenway st., within 5 min walk from the Berklee and Northeastern college campus. The room is a good size bedroom with a large IKEA closet for storage, queen bed, computer desk with storage and office chair. There is plenty of sunlight from two large windows with blinds. There is a common breakfast space, kitchen and bathroom. Rent is $1200/month + utilities.
