The area is a really nice place to live in, very quiet as well. It’s near the 905 highway so you can get to locations fairly easy. You’ll have a room to yourself and the bathroom is a shared one and there is a washer and dryer available in house. Parking on street is always available. Most of the house is not off limits. Utilities are included in rent but the Wi-Fi will be split between all four of us at $20 per person. *(The photos provided are the stock photos I have, so the stuff in the room aren’t there lol, but if you are interested, we can talk about having a house tour so you can see exactly what’s here now!)

Hey! I’m a 24 y.o. guy who currently goes to school full time. This is my first year having roommates so this is new to me but I’m pretty laid back. I usually like to game and just relax and I really like to travel! The 1st roommate is my best friend from the military who is a 25 y.o. guy who is going to school full time. And the 2nd roommate is a 24 y.o. guy who is also a close friend of mine who I’ve known since middle school who works full time in the afternoon. I also have 2 cats who are very friendly.
