I’m in the heart of downtown Phoenix, where everything is happening and everything is a five minute walk. I have a furnished bedroom available for rent. Utilities included. There’s two full bathrooms in the condo. There is a pool in my complex. You can park your car in the garage or on the street.

I am a professional that’s gone for the majority of the day and comes back in the evenings. My weekends are usually at home or out and about with my girlfriend. People who know me would say that I am outgoing and friendly. Looking for someone who is the same and wants to go out and have a beer on occasion.
