My partner, and I are looking for someone, who is a professional and really chill to rent out our other bedroom. Rent is $1600 & Deposit is $1600. We are located in in the heart of Hillcrest in a gated community. It’s a beautiful complex, and in a beautiful location. We are within walking distance to a lot of nightlife, LGBTQ+ events & clubs, & The Balboa Park trails. It is a separate bathroom & shared shower, & utilities split. I am a content creator, and work remotely. We are looking for someone who is LGBT friendly, who is also a working professional and not a party animal. I have a 6lb chihuahua, so you must love dogs. Please be responsible and clean up after themselves. Amenities include, hot tub, pool, bbq grill, & laundry on site.
