’Sup, everyone?

Looking to rent a room in a house in Silverlake, LA. The house is pretty awesome, with a shared living room, tons of natural light, a fenced back yard (with an orange tree) a driveway, a washer and dryer, kitchen, and all that good stuff. You’d have your own room, of course, and be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. House is well-located, with easy access to the 101 freeway and within walking distance (less than a mile) of the Metro Red Line and Silverlake’s main stretch on Sunset Blvd. Lease is month-to-month.

Housemates are 3 guys in their 20s and 30s; one of them’s a writer/actor and the other two work on the bar/restaurant scene. All pretty chill. You’d be the 4th housemate. House provides plenty of space to either hang out or to do your own thing, or a combination of the two. 420 friendly.
