Hi there this property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking spot and a park nearby. Near Solano Community College. All utilities (Water, Electricity, Washer/Dryer, Internet) are included with a share bathroom and you will be given a section of the refrigerator. The room is private with a balcony, the room has a small sofa that can transform into a bed

There will also be a cleaner who comes clean around once every month she can also clean your room too with no additional cost.

Please no smoking, no drugs and no guest. You can use the kitchen whenever you want but please clean after you finish. Minimum contract is for 3 months then after that it’s month to month contract.

We have 3 people living in the property 1 females, 2 male. Occasionally we will have our family dog over, but most of the time the house is pet free. We can speak Vietnamese and English.
