The House: This is a completely remodeled 5 bedroom 3 bath home in a great area.

What you will get: If you want a quite place to come home to this is it. You will get a clean, “ALL MALE HOME”. You will get no drama here what so ever. You will get full use of the house (washer, dryer, frig in your room, Freezer in garage and maid every two weeks). A NON smoking house.

What I don’t want: A party hardy animal. A person that doesn’t clean up the kitchen when he cooks, A person that brings the kids over to stay or the ex-wife. A person that has no thoughts about the other people sleeping in the house at 1 am when he is playing video games or tv. Pets not allowed.

What we have: I, the owner am 55 plus and the other room mates are in their mid 30’s. They are mainly enlisted (staff Sgt) or base employed so that you know (if your military). We are low key and about work and relaxing after it. The area of town is great. If your not employed this will not be a good fit for you. Military would be the best fit.

I have owned this home since the 90’s and everything is well maintained. As you can see from the pics the house has new hardwood floors throughout. Bathroom was redone five years ago along with a new paint job on the inside and out of the house. This was my first home in Lompoc and I wanted to make it one of the nicest rentals in town.
