North Hills Drive

Lower level (down stairs) two room, two bathroom apartment in NW Hills area. Smaller room is up for rent. It’s 10.5 ft x 9.5 ft with a walk in closet. The kitchen, dining/living room, and balcony are communal living spaces. The lease is up on August 14th 2023. There is a small pool, gym and a good sized patio right across from our apartment. The only additional bill is electricity which will typically be under $50/person every month.

My partner and I share the master bedroom. I work from home in my room M-F. We have 1 cat and 1 dog. We both play music and enjoy listening to music at home, watching movies and hanging out.
