The room is about 10x11 ft, has 2 windows and a closet. The apartment is located upstairs above the garages. The neighborhood is a safe and quiet area. It’s walking distance to Burbank Town Center, lots of restaurants and several grocery stores.
Utilities (gas, electric and internet) are usually about $75 a month.
The minimum stay length is flexible
About the roomies
I’m easy going, quiet and clean, and I spend most of my time drawing at the desk in my room but I’d be down for a movie night or going to explore the city together. I’m currently a part time cashier and doing freelance art on the side. I moved here from Oklahoma a few years ago to try to get into the animation industry.
I have a 30 lb mini golden retriever. He loves other dogs and although he’s hasn’t had a lot of interactions with cats I think he could get used to them too.
