Large bedroom in the lower level of the house for rent. Room can easily accommodate a queen size bed. The room has carpet flooring, an egress window, and a large closet. There is a washer/dryer, two full bathrooms, a half kitchen in the lower level as well. You would have access to all rooms of the house except the other 3 bedrooms.

There are currently 3 Augustana students living in the house who keep their respective areas and kitchen clean. Friendly environment with no drama.
