2 bed 1 bath apartment at Campus Walk South. Rent is $535 per person and includes gas heating, water, trash removal, internet, satellite TV and parking. There is a laundry room in the building but not in-unit. The apartment is very close to campus and downtown, less than 10-minute walk to the Sample Gates.

I’m a grad student at IU Bloomington. As a roommate, I offer and value responsibility and friendliness. I tend to be a bit introverted, but I’m always happy to have a good conversation. I spend a lot of time on campus, but I believe it’s important to have a comfortable living space. I like keeping common areas clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking and taking long walks.
