Rent is due at the beginning of each month. $600 deposit required and will be returned at the end of your stay if without incident. Prices are non-negotiable. Lease is for 1 year.

Located in a small community on Hwy 905 near historic downtown Conway. Food Lion and Walmart is a 10-15 minute drive. Easy access to Conway to the south and Loris/Little River, North Myrtle Beach to the north.

Unfortunately no pets are permitted. No smoking onsite and no recreational drug use.
