I’m offering $100 upon signing of the sublease. This is an apartment at The Wyatt, in Lexington. Apartment is for students. Comes with a private bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom comes with a mattress and bedframe, desk and chair, closest and dresser drawers. Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Kitchen is fully functional with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Living room comes with a couch, chair and a table with a TV. Bills are included in rent besides electric.

I am trying to get someone to take over my lease for next year. The lease would be for a year. I’m offering $100 upon signing of the sublease.
