Property manager will have to run a background check on applicants. Looking for a clean and respectful female roomate.

[More photos to follow (The post was created while out of town).] The two first pictures are of the 2nd bedroom available for rent, all other pictures are from property website. Picture of layout is of a similar listing. The only two differences:

• it is mirrored from the layout you see here.
• the closet in the master bedroom is smaller, because there are a washer and a dryer in the hallway. So you don’t need to use the building’s laundry room. I found it to be a major convenience. The room is furnished (new bed frame, new firm mattress, like new cabinets for clothes and storage, like new desktop and a very comfortable office chair). The rent does not include the furniture. You can pay $100 more a month to keep existing furniture. You can also buy the furniture (price can be negotiated) and take them with you when you leave the apartment.

Beautiful balcony views. Balcony is a common area with tenants. There is a patio area that can be used for large outdoor gatherings. A parking spot for one in a secure garage.

Walking distance from great park with tennis courts. Walking distance from a wonderful hiking area, with a large lake on top (house to turtles!). Walking distance to a Fresco large supermarket. 6 minutes drive to Trader Joe’s (streets). 10 minutes drive to Whole Foods (110 freeway). 10 minutes drive to HSC- USC medical campus (streets). 15 minutes to Caltech and Huntington Garden.
